This kit is used for rapid and efficient extraction of plasmid DNA from 1 to 2 mL of bacterial solution, with a maximum yield of 20 µg. This product can be matched with multiple automated nucleic acid extractors, such as Allsheng Auto-Pure 96A. Plasmid small extraction kit (magnetic beads method) is a reversible adsorption system using magnetic beads and plasmid DNA, allowing efficient binding of DNA and magnetic beads, while proteins and other contaminants are removed under certain conditions. Nucleic acids are readily eluted with sterile water or elution buffer. Purified DNA can be used for downstream applications, such as digestion mapping, library screening, sequencing, gene therapy and gene inoculation.
