This fast and reliable kit (BW-MDC3511) is designed to recover DNA from agarose gels and purify DNA fragments from PCR, RFLP, phosphorylation, labeling, ligation, hybridization and other enzymatic reactions. DNA fragments from 100 bp to 10 kb can be purified with recovery rate up to 80%. This kit is compatible with various high-throughput automated platforms, such as Allsheng Auto-Pure 32A, Allsheng Auto-Pure 96, Thermo KingFisher and so on.
