This kit is used for rapid and efficient extraction of plasmid DNA from < 15 mL of bacterial solution with a maximum yield of 60 µg. This product can be matched with multiple automated nucleic acid extractors, such as Allsheng Auto-Pure20A. Magnetic bead method Plasmid small extraction kit type II uses a reversible adsorption system of magnetic beads to plasmid DNA, allowing efficient binding of DNA and magnetic beads, while proteins and other contaminants are removed under certain conditions. Nucleic acids are readily eluted with sterile water or elution buffer. Purified DNA can be used for downstream applications, such as digestion mapping, library screening, sequencing, gene therapy and gene inoculation.
